This project was for a portable mold heat
control system. It included 72 zones of heat control with
prefabricated cable and mating connectors on the mold. Cables
were provided for thermocouples and heat power. A 12"
touchscreen operator station

This project was for an extrusion control
system.
It included 20 zones of heat only and heat/cool temperature
control,
pressure monitoring, and motor start/stops with permissives. It included a 6" touch screen operator station plus a web browser interface available through the plant network. More Info in PDF |

This project
included
two major control systems on a new line, one to control the extruder,
and
one to control the coater. The customer is a major manufacturer
of
foam products in Washington State. McGoff-Bethune provided the complete
system including hardware, design, electrical panel, and start
up
services. The customer provided construction services through his
contractor.
The control system was based on the Barber-Colman MACO 5000
extrusion control system. |

This small
project
included a NEMA 12 enclosure for a draft control system. The
draft
pressure transducer was mounted in the enclosure. The draft
controller
was mounted on the door. The design, configuration, and enclosure
were
provided by McGoff-Bethune as the assembly shown. The customer
mounted
the enclosure, wired and tubed the unit. We provided startup
assistance. |
