Furnace Survey / Temperature Profile
McGoff-Bethune
provides a furnace survey service for many of our customers. This
is normally done on a contract basis, often quarterly. Furnace surveys
provide temperature profiles of a furnace or oven. Our surveys comply
with the requirements of AMS-2750C.
Our computer generated surveys are highly accurate. The data is normally provided in a spread sheet format, both paper and electronic in Excel format. With the Excel format, the customer can do additional statistical calculations or compare data from prior surveys.
In support of this service, we maintain fully calibrated test equipment. We self-certify our test equipment on a 6 month basis. We maintain the certification papers which become a part of the customer's complete audit trail.
