Pyrowatt® Cartridge Immersion Heaters Screw Plug



 
 

 IHCO PYROWATT cartridge IMMERSION HEATERS have standard flex leads. Screw contacts can be specified as a design variation in sizes shown on the chart. Octagonal junction boxes are available for 5/8”, 3/4” and 1” heaters. Consult IHCO about moisture control boxes. The heaters incorporate NPT bushings when installed through bulkheads or walls of tanks and are available with either brass or 304 stainless steel bushings.

 STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

Standard construction is 3/4” diameter with 3/4” NPT bushing end-sealed with RTV, 12” fiberglass-insulated leads with silicon rubber sleeving. 

DESIGN VARIATIONS

Fitting can be moved to 2 1/2” from lead end if required. All diameters have double-thread bushings (running thread, NPT thread) where two or more nuts are used. Conduit boxes with knockouts can be attached using double-threaded bushings (3/4” diameter).
